Who We Are and What We Do

SWEET PEONY STUDIO LLC is a company registered in the United States. We offer creative and commercial services to help businesses get their projects done. This means things like project management, design support, and figuring out smart business moves. We aim to give real help without a lot of fuss.

Agreeing to These Terms

When you use our services, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, then working together won't make sense. By asking us to start a project or using our advice, you say 'yes' to these rules. It's that simple.

Our Services and How We Provide Them

We'll always tell you exactly what our services cover before we start. This will be in a project proposal, quote, or a written agreement. We promise to do our work carefully and professionally. We will use reasonable skill and care, just like you'd expect from any good business partner. We'll stick to what we agreed upon.

Your Responsibilities

To make sure projects run smoothly, we need your help. You agree to:

• Give us correct and complete information when we ask for it.
• Be clear about your needs and goals for the project.
• Make payments on time, as agreed.
• Give us feedback and approvals when we need them.

If you don't hold up your end, it might slow things down, and we won't be responsible for any delays.

How We Charge and How You Pay

Our fees will be clearly laid out in our project proposal or invoice. We expect payments to be made on time, as agreed. If a payment is late, we might charge a small extra fee, but we will always tell you about this beforehand. All prices will be agreed upon and clearly specified in Czech Koruna (Kč) in your contract or invoice.

Intellectual Property

Once a project is paid for, you'll own the final work we deliver to you. We might keep the right to show off the work in our portfolio, unless we agree not to. Any tools, methods, or background knowledge we use to do the work remain ours.

Confidentiality

We both agree to keep sensitive information about each other's businesses secret. We won't share your business secrets, and you won't share ours. This applies during and after our work together, unless the law says we have to share it.

Limitations on Our Responsibility

We do our best work, but sometimes things happen. We are not responsible for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities.
• Indirect damages, even if we know they might happen.

Our total responsibility to you for any issue will not be more than the total amount you paid us for the specific project where the problem came up. This is a standard part of doing business.

Ending Our Agreement

Either you or we can decide to stop working together. This can be done with written notice, usually a few weeks beforehand, as agreed in our project contract. If you end a project early, you'll still need to pay for the work we've already done. We will deliver any completed parts of the project to you.

What Law Applies

Because SWEET PEONY STUDIO LLC is registered in the United States, these terms and any disagreements that come up will be governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the State of Kentucky where we are officially located. You agree that any legal matters will be handled in the courts there.

Changes to These Terms

We might need to update these terms now and then. If we make big changes, we'll post them on our website and update the 'Last Updated' date. It's a good idea to check back here sometimes to see what's new.
