Ahoj! I'm Kateřina, and I handle Operations and Creative Support here at Sweet Peony Studio. My job is pretty simple: make sure your projects move forward without a hitch. I like things clear, organized, and effective. No fancy words, just getting things done.
I grew up near Plzeň, in a smaller town, so I learned early on that practical thinking gets you further than just talk. After working in a few different local businesses, from a small design studio to a company that built custom furniture, I saw how often good ideas get stuck because of messy planning or bad communication. That's why I joined Sweet Peony Studio – to fix that for others.
What "Operations" Means For You
On the operations side, I'm all about making sure the gears turn smoothly. This means I set up the work plans, keep an eye on deadlines, and make sure everyone knows what they need to do. If there's a problem, I sort it out quickly. We might need to find a local printer in Brno, or get specific materials from a supplier near Ostrava – I handle those details so you don't have to worry.
